Milena Dabscha

Certified Dog Trainer & Behavior Specialist

Milena is originally from Brazil, where she grew up on a farm surrounded by horses, dogs, and a deep appreciation for animal behavior. Her family raised Gaucho Sheepdogs, and those early experiences shaped her lifelong passion for understanding and communicating with animals.

After high school, Milena pursued professional training and continued her education at a respected training facility in Brazil, where she specialized in modern, science-based methods grounded in learning theory and positive reinforcement.

Today, Milena is a force-free trainer who believes that every dog deserves to learn through trust, clarity, and compassionate communication—not fear or punishment. She emphasizes the importance of early education, encouraging new owners to begin training on day one to build the foundation for a confident, well-adjusted companion.

As a behavior modification specialist, Milena works with dogs experiencing fear, anxiety, phobias, and other complex behavioral challenges. She also takes on select aggression cases, helping dogs and their families navigate difficult situations with patience, structure, and evidence-based techniques.

Now based in Naples, Milena brings her extensive international experience to the local community, offering families practical, effective training that strengthens the bond between them and their dogs. Her warm approach and deep expertise have made her a trusted resource for dog owners throughout Southwest Florida.

This is my go to place from now on. Thank you guys for everything you did for us. You are the best. I'm so glad I'm a member. Would love to come back soon.
